The Equipment Touch App enables connection to a BAS controller via Wi-Fi or Ethernet using an iPhone or iPad. These connections facilitate straightforward access to property settings, scheduling of equipment operations, trend monitoring, and alarm management.

Upon establishing a connection, the app automatically retrieves a customized Equipment Touch view file stored within the controller. Once loaded, it provides real-time updates on system status and parameter values, allowing users to efficiently navigate through screens dedicated to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

In the absence of a custom Equipment Touch file within the controller, the app offers access to a set of pre-built system screens. Although these screens provide limited interaction with the controller, they offer a practical resource for basic diagnostics and troubleshooting tasks.
